About Bladderwrack

This brown edible seaweed has been consumed for its nutritional value for centuries. In recent times, it began being used as a treatment for goitre (swelling thyroid) in 1811 because of its high iodine content and has been used ever since. Bladderwrack is also a great source of magnesium, sodium calcium, zinc, potassium, and vitamins A and C.
